Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. Our policy is straightforward and fair.

Free cancellation window

You can cancel any trip free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Your deposit will be refunded in full.

Late cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time may forfeit the deposit. We take this case-by-case - if something genuinely urgent comes up, just let us know.

Weather and safety cancellations

If we have to cancel due to weather, sea conditions, or any safety concern, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to any other available date.

Course cancellations

Courses follow the same rules. If we've already started training (theory or pool sessions), the unused portion of the course may be rescheduled but is not refunded.

No-shows

Failure to appear on the day without prior notice will result in the full forfeiture of the deposit.
