These terms apply to all diving, snorkeling, and course bookings made with Dive Marsa Alam. By booking with us, you agree to the points below.
Bookings & deposits
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip. We accept cash (EUR, USD, EGP), bank transfer, and major credit cards.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip start.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit at our discretion.
- Weather, sea conditions, or safety-related cancellations: full refund or free rescheduling.
Diving prerequisites
Certified divers must present a valid certification card (PADI, SSI, BSAC, CMAS, or equivalent). Divers who haven't dived in the last 12 months should book a refresher session.
Health & safety
Divers are required to complete a medical questionnaire before the first dive. Conditions that may require physician approval include heart disease, asthma, recent surgery, and pregnancy. We reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons.
Liability
Diving and snorkeling carry inherent risks. By participating you acknowledge these risks and agree that Dive Marsa Alam is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participant negligence, misrepresentation of experience, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Equipment
Rental equipment is provided in safe working condition. Participants are responsible for reporting any concerns before entering the water.
Photography
We may take photos during trips for portfolio and social media use. If you'd prefer not to appear in any photographs, let your guide know on the day.
